李斐，男，1977年10月出生，汉族，安徽宿州人，中共党员。2011年7月—至今，在安徽财经大学统计与应用数学学院任教授。1995年9月—1999年7月考入合肥学院机械工程系学习。2005年9月—2011年7月，考入首都师范大学数学科学学院研究生，师从代数几何专家李克正教授和邱德荣教授，攻读博士学位。2014年9月—2014年12月， 访问爱尔兰科克大学。
